NSCWA Received a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development to develop an access area at Sweet Arrow Lake.  It was built in the spring of 2009 and dedicated to Rolland "Ronnie" Wiggins" and avid sportsman in spite of his loss of mobility due to an accident.  Pictured is Representative Seip's Chief of Staff Brian Tobin,Barbara Wiggins, (Roland's widow) and Ed Kleha from Representative Neal Goodmans's office.    Also pictured is NSCWA president Ken Ninkovich who gave a musical tribute to his good friend Roland and members of the Watershed Association.
